U.S. Treasuries in position to fail 50-dma and turn lower

Once again US Treasuries weakened off this afternoon, and TLT closed lower. This might be an early trigger. But if so, it still needs followthrough down. And also, increased volume along with more movement down. Together those would look like a wave 3 down starting. So I'm posting to alert it may be starting - although don't get complacent in case it's still too early.
