If anyone's looking at oil or gold today, here are the charts

Here are how the gold and oil charts look right now today. I don't have new comments to make today, in addition to those I've made here recently about each of these commodities. So you can refer to those for my perspective, and the charts can speak for themselves right now ... well, do notice that oil went above yesterday's high today. So even though oil is down on the day right now, it may prove significant that it topped yesterday's HOD. So the idea that Monday may be "the day" (given a trading time symmetry I mentioned recently) may be the right idea.
