S&P 500 bull/bear indicators: Sometimes a fresh look at old problem helps dissolve uncertainty

As I was reading Tony Caldaro's Objective Elliott Wave this evening I found this statement in his Wednesday update:

So I did - and here are 2 interesting charts I found there. These seem to depict moving averages to create an indicator for bullish or bearish on the daily and weekly charts. An interesting way to see that the near-term bull isn't over, but the long-term bear is still in force:
