S&P 500's target of 1012/1014 still in focus, but 991 should be watched too

As much as I'm still pulling for the SPX to tag or slightly exceed the 1012/1014 Fibonacci level, it's worth keeping a close eye on $990. I've still got an Elliott Wave alternate count if the index loses the $990 support. Obviously this would also put a shadow over the $1053 possibility. It doesn't help that the QQQQ's are still struggling with $39.82. But we'll also have to see whether the dollar can recover. It might be working to finish a wedge, and if that's true then it can still recover.
